Den 14 september 1993 släppte Meat Loaf albumet Bat out of hell II - Back into hell, som blev en stor framgång. När Meat Loaf och Jim Steinman samarbetar brukar det bli mycket bra - så även denna gång.

Skivan är mycket bra och innehåller bl a I'd do anything for love (but I won't do that), Rock & roll dreams come through, Out of the frying pan (and into the fire), Wasted youth, Everything louder than everything else och Lost boys and golden girls.
